The wifi chip is not available in any official repository. Luckily, a volunteer maintains a driver which is forked here.
Install:
# cd rtl8821ce/
# make
# make install
# modprobe 8821ce
Update driver:
$ git subtree pull --prefix rtl8821ce/ https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce.git master --squash
To connect to a wifi, configure a wpa_supplicant.conf. For obvious reasons it is not included, a template is added here.
openjdk has by default a circular dependency and will fail. Install openjdk-bin first, emerge openjdk after that and delete openjdk-bin.
