DESCRIPTION..... This is a chat_bot made using google dialogflow platform which can serve as helping agent on targetd (GANGADHAR MEHER UNIVERSITY) website. It is mainly inspired from use of business chatbots like "flippi" of flipkart and "alexa" of amazon. It is to be made using NLP, some ML libreries of python, Javascript, Node.Js (if required), any database . Then after creaation a UI like a chat interface will be dsigned using html and css.
