An application used to convert the image of user into a beautiful monet in just a few seconds.
You would first need to run pip install -r requirements.txt to install the dependencies required to build
the application. Make sure to create a Virtual Environment prior to installing dependencies.
Once you've done with the dependencies, you are required to run the app.py file to run the PyQt5 application.
Note: You would be needing to download the .h5 file from the assets in order
to generate the monet.
