How to use the python code :
python lines2bi.py your-input-file.txt output.matrix.csv freq
parameters:
- your-input-file: comma-seperated file (e.g. input.txt)
- output.matrix.csv : matrix file name will be created by the program
- freq: minimum frequency of terms allowed in input file, the terms whose frequency less than "freq" will be eliminated
