You should open Sublime Text and go to Preference -> Browse Packages and add zip-archive into this folder and restart Sublime Text
When you open .func .fc file in Sublime text you can see
If you can see docs, you may press f2 or ctr+f2 or win+f2 for window and linux, and press fn+f2 for macOS and you can see docs
