Publishing libCombine Artifacts in mvn Central Repo

Is is possible to create a maven repository with libCombine artifacts? @fbergmann

i believe it to be possible, some googling indicates that it is:

however, it is not something i will be able to do soon. So i would need help from someone else with that.
