๐Ÿž Documentation Bug: dont give the impression that serial console is working

What content on scaleway.com/en/docs is affected?

What part(s) of the content would you like to see updated?

here we have an article that says pretty much nothing but acts like serial console is working.

in reality however, it is seldom working, only short after reboot and then freezes anyway. So that may be a technicality or a bug that can be solved by replacing that serial console app, but I do not care about it. It would be worth while to mention another options to fix problems with the installation and to me it proved very useful to restart into the ubuntu rescue system. Because that works pretty reliably and one can then ssh into it and mount the VMs main partition and change what needs to be changed and then restart again into the main system. however, on RHEL compatible, one needs also to set /.autorelabel before since ubuntu does not use SELinux, so that's important too.

Additional context

my idea also was to do some feature request to get ssh-to-serial in order to work around the problems with web console which never worked.
