Aaron Schultz's MRtools (base 2015_08_21) + peak_nii, edited to fix bugs for Hoffman2 (Matlab 2016b+, SPM12)

All scripts herein fall under the GNU public license.  A copy of the license has been included.

I don't do a good job of commenting all of my scripts, but I have created a wiki to help with the documentation:
