- All data and .RData files are in the parent folder of this github folder.
- To run the code:
- Create a empty folder F.
- Download the data from XXX to F/data
- Download code from github to F/DR
- Load RData by: load("../DR.RData")
- Do not save .RData in the F/DR as asked when leaving (default setting). Before leaving the working environment, do: save.image("../DR.RData")
