tutorial at http://hg-git.github.com/ doesn't work on Ubuntu/Debian

In tutorial:
[extensions]
hgext.bookmarks =
hggit =
But in README.DEBIAN (and it works of course):
[extensions]
hgext.bookmarks =
hgext.git =
I spent some time to find that information to make hg-git worked.

If this is the case, then the Debian maintainer is doing it wrong. The package should ONLY be installed as hggit, not as hgext.git. Please file a bug against the Debian package.
