Github repository for the RNA-seq analysis of Embgenbroich et al. 2020
In this repository, you can find all the code that has been written by Jonas Schulte-Schrepping to analyze and visualize the RNA-seq data presented in Embgenbroich et al. 2020. Additionally, the data directory contains the kallisto output for all the samples and required annotation files for the samples and the genes in the analysis.
