Welcome to the ATOM Use Case Database This is a database of analyzed tokamak discharges selected by the ATOM project for code benchmarking.
The database has the following directory structure:
- tokamak
- cgyro - CGYRO runs
efits - EFITs (G-EQSK files)
onetwo - onetwo analyses
statefiles - plasma statefiles
tgyro - TGYRO/TGLF/EPED runs
