about resize colum and color icon

Thank you so much for making such a nice and concise plugin that makes it easy for me to get relevant information about literatures. There are two questions here, first I can't to resize the [Total Distinct Citing Publications] columns, when I try to resize it, all that changes is the size of adjacent columns. The second problem is that there is no colored mark before each number.
