Get Google Street View image dates for a set of addresses

selenium script:

  1. retrieve page

  2. navigate to address (test)

  3. navigate to street view

  4. a) handle if no street view available

  5. retrieve street view image date

  6. store image date text with address

to-do:

  • (bug) try again+ when browser timesout or otherwise handle
  • pull representative sample, by zip, of phila addresses & coordinates from OPA API https://www.opendataphilly.org/dataset/opa-property-assessments
  • store addresses in tablular structure with map coordinates & image dates -- can later tag addresses with neighborhoods, demographics, etc. based on spatial relationships
  • format+address+string+for+googlemaps+lookup
