This repository is where the development is hosted for the Scivision Webapp (our main project website) and Scivision Python package.

Check out the installation instructions on our readthedocs site, which also includes a support table for matching Python and Scivision versions.

🤔 Contributing

See the Contributing Guide on readthedocs, which contains information on how to set up and contribute computer vision models and scientific image datasets to the scivision catalog, and make them available via the scivision python API, as well as modify the source code.
