Create new Solution

```
List new Projects types
```
  dotnet new -l
```
Create project type classlib with name String Utility
```
  dotnet new classlib -o StringUtility
```
Add reference project with path
```
  dotnet add reference "path.csproj"
```
Run project with path
```
  dotnet run "path.csproj"
```
Build solution
```
  dotnet build
