flutter run -d web-server --web-hostname <your_local_ip_address> --web-port <desired_port>

1. Download broker from EMQx. https://www.emqx.io/downloads

2. Follow the setup steps that describes in download page

3. To use mqtt public https://www.emqx.com/en/mqtt/public-mqtt5-broker
