/multiway_bootstrap

Implemention of the multiway bootstrap (including the online Pigeonhole bootstrap and the online tensor bootstrap). This method is for bootstrapping data arrays of arbitrary order, such as data arising from crossed random effects. Implements method in Owen, A.B. & Eckles, D. (2012). Bootstrapping data arrays of arbitrary order. To appear in Annals of Applied Statistics.
