The project was created primarily as an experiment.
learning: 
The project was created primarily for the learning experience of making it.
need: 
The project was created primarily because the author needed it.
author-usage
Indicates how a project's author is using it.
abandoned: 
The project is no longer being used by its author, nor do they expect to use it again in new projects.
active: 
The project is being actively used by its author.
dependency: 
The project is a dependency of the author's other projects.
inactive:
