Should we switch to the `@segmentio/analytics-next` package?

There's a brief mention of a node.js package shipped with the above module.

We want to incorporate the plugin architecture as implemented in Analytics 2.0. I'm confused about what package we should be using, any help with this would be great!

hey @cmaycumber, the @segmentio/analytics-next has a Node JS component, and can be used for instrumenting Node application. Although, we are currently working on testing it in various Node JS applications, and provide a better documentation on how to use it with Node. So for the time being, I still recommend using this package ( analytics-node ) for NodeJS, until we fully test/document the analytics-next for NodeJS usage.
