Add build script for Jupyter notebooks

@sadrasabouri Please work on this issue after #334 merged
We need something like https://github.com/ECSIM/pem-dataset1/blob/master/Notebooks/test.py

Notice : Please add this script to Otherfiles folder and my suggested name : notebook_check.py
