Bug when launching a pipeline

I tried using the tower cli to launch a pipeline. It launches it, however, it doesn't use the Advanced Options "Head Job CPUs" and "Head Job memory" configuration set up in this pipeline.
This limits launching the pipeline using a specific head job CPU and memory configuration.
