Install Ruby version 3.2.2

ruby-install ruby-3.2.2

Swith to Ruby version

chruby 3.2.2

Switch to Node version

nvm use 18 # 16 or 20 would do as well

Install gems

bundle install

Install Node modules

yarn install

Start Rails + CSS + JS compilation of processess described in Procfile.dev:

bin/dev
