NDM is discontinued and doesn't work

There is a recommendation in Web development section:
ndm - Npm desktop GUI. javascript_icon

When I tried to install it on my Mac 12.6.1 (21G217), Homebrew mentioned that it is discontinued
When I opened it, macOS showed me that the app couldn't be started, as there is no certificate to verify it

With this I'd recommend to drop this app from the list
