Input is read from a txt file called input.txt coefficent and exponet for a term are given in pairs. 2 3 7 3 -5 6 is 2x^3 + 7x^3 -5x^6 numbers on differnt lines are different polynomials. output.txt will contain the result of adding, subtracting and multiplying the two differnt polynomials.
