College Basketball Ratings Model

This package implements several different methods of rating and ranking college basketball teams, primarily through the use of machine learning and other statistical models.

Currently implemented models include:

• Single bit predictor (home/away)
• Ratings Percentage Index (RPI)
• Bayesian Network
• Kenpom Adjusted Efficiency
