A collection of flags for countries defined in ISO 3166-1 (Codes for the representation of names of countries and their subdivisions – Part 1: Country codes), published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO).
The scope of this collection is limited to countries listed in the current edition of ISO 3166-1.
A placeholder image is generated for countries without a flag. Placeholder images consists of a ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code on a gray rectangular background.

The flags in this collection were obtained from the Wikimedia Commons Flag project. If you are creating or modifying artwork, please consider submitting to the Wikimedia Commons Flag project in the first instance. Followed by submitting an issue to have it incorporated into this collection.
