[bug]: doc fix or a fix to include zod in the install command

Please make sure to mention the manual install of the zod install, otherwise many devs are getting confused with that.

If I don't manually install zod using npm then it shows the module is not found.

Easy I can do this but is it needed? No idea. It's written there to follow Zod documentation. As a sensible developer, I think one should not have any problem with this.

Ok, it said, it was a dependency but a dev told me that it is automatically installed as a dependency when you install the shadcn-ui using npm, but actually it was needed to be manually done. So, I thought why not exclusively mention that manually you need to install this dependency, because that might be very helpful for new developers.
