This repository also contains the source code for MinPath, GAPPA, and PaPaRa, which are all distributed under the GNU General Public License. The source code for EPA-NG is also included, which is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License. Please note that these tools are packaged with PICRUSt2 since they are compatible versions. You should go to each respective website to get the latest version of these tools.
