this is a simple web project to display the phrase "Hello Microverse"

I stared by creating an empty repository on the github software then i had to clone this repository into my comptuter file I used terminal to open the file and used the command code. to open in visual studio In visual code I had to add folders, the css and img folder. I also added the index.html file and write the code in the html file in the index file i edited the css file so that it can style the header the next part was to install the linters for the html and CSS files folowed the template i was given and pushed the chnaged to my git hub
