Calculation of reads coverage by samtools depth file program

How to use

usage: calc_cov.py [-h] -d DEPTH [-n NPOS] -p PREFIX

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -d DEPTH, --depth DEPTH
                        Input depth file
  -n NPOS, --npos NPOS  Number of positions (window size) to calc average coverage. NOT  
                        WORKED YET!
  -p PREFIX, --prefix PREFIX
                        Out files prefix
