Using python to batch query literatures from pubmed automatically, red rows in xlsx file are keywords that mis-matched

1) install

• downnload the zip file, then unzip;
• $ cd ./AutoQueryPubMed-master
• $ pip install -r requirements.txt

2) usage:

• $ python QueryPubmedTool.py input.txt output.xlsx pharmacokinetics

or open verbose to print log info by:

• $ python QueryPubmedTool.py input.txt output.xlsx pharmacokinetics --verbose
