Sample script for lunar eclipse HDR photography.
Figure 1: Jan 21, 2019 lunar eclipse. The weather was poor so I did not get a good shot.
Lessions learned: the exposure settings during the partial phase recommended by Fred Espenak are pretty conservative. You may need deeper exposure to image the umbral region. This can be adjusted in bracket_by_speed
.
