A robospin fork customized for Neo Geo Pocket and Pocket Color games. Classic wheel design showcases snaps or videos in the Pocket's screen, as well as showing flyer and cart art.
Original photography for this theme is by Evan Amos. Photography released into the public domain and retrieved on December 6th, 2017. Modifications have been made to the original work.
The simplest installation method is through git, from within your attract mode layout folder::
git clone https://github.com/shidarin/robospin_ngpc.git
This will create a robospin_ngpc folder inside your layout folder, and
you can now select robospin_ngpc as a theme for a display.
You can also unzip archives from the release page
into a robospin_ngpc folder in your layout folder, and it will do the same
thing without git.
robospin_ngpc uses a new art type, cart to display cartridges besides
any flyer (box) art. If you wish to display carts, you must create a new
art entry from the emulator settings window.
robospin_ngpc exposes the following options:
- SpinWheel: The artwork to spin
- Mask: Darkens the area behind the SpinWheel
- Transition Time: Time in milliseconds for wheel spin.
