0.先在共享项目中App.xaml.cs 中添加一个public static Assembly assembly_sqliteProvider =null;

1.先到安卓项目中添加对System.Data.SQLite的引用

2.在MainActivity.cs 构造方法中使用 App.assembly_sqliteProvider= typeof(Mono.Data.Sqlite.SqliteCommand).Assembly;

3.App.xaml.cs的构造方法中（在MainPage 初始化之前）：

            SQLiteDBEngine.assembly_Sqlite_Connection = assembly_sqliteProvider;
			String basePath = Environment.GetFolderPath(Environment.SpecialFolder.LocalApplicationData);
			SQLiteDBEngine engine = new SQLiteDBEngine(Path.Combine(basePath,"shikii")) ; //数据库文件名可以不写后缀
			engine.Connect() ;
