run from empty dir

Currently have to run run an empty dir due to loose glob.

File "/home/liam/.local/bin/screen_assembly3.py", line 227, in main
    fin = open(any_file, "rt")

Picks up input dirs if any. Make glob more stringent and not pass anything in flags -i and -q
