I will check with @knomepasi about this, but I think the Shimmer Project web site no longer maintains pages for individual themes. If so I'll just have any references to it direct users to the root page at https://shimmerproject.org instead.

This is quite true; the GitHub pages are pretty much the new project pages. Fixed this by removing the link altogether.
