The Open Enclave Engine oe-engine generates ARM (Azure Resource Manager) template for SGX-capable virtual machines.
oe-engine receives a VM definition file in JSON format and generates an ARM template file and parameters file.
The VM definition file describes properties of the VMs, such as: compute power, OS image, credentials, etc.
