Strong Form Meshless Discretisation such as TLS/PLS suffer from meshless coefficient misalignment leading to discretisation error (non conservative flux discretisation). CTLS allows enough flexibility in alignment & hence readjust meshless coefficients, leading to a formally conservative discretisation of PDEs, using a full covariance weight matrix in the TLS formulation.
