your links of hmr2.0a_model.tar.gz cannot be downloaded successfully,where it is due to a network problem. but i am not sure if it is my own problem

hi, i solve this problem by first downloading it using google colab, and then get it from google colab.

I also face an issue when I click on the link from the Readme using chrome (safari works ok).

In any case, the link is valid. An option would be to download with wget from the command line:
wget https://people.eecs.berkeley.edu/~jathushan/projects/4dhumans/hmr2a_model.tar.gz
