Request Feature
here a description soon
Here's why:
- Your time should be focused on creating something amazing. A project that solves a problem and helps others
- You shouldn't be doing the same tasks over and over like creating a README from scratch
- You should implement DRY principles to the rest of your life 😄
Of course, no one template will serve all projects since your needs may be different. So I'll be adding more in the near future. You may also suggest changes by forking this repo and creating a pull request or opening an issue. Thanks to all the people have contributed to expanding this template!
This playbook is created for ansible. The language for Ansible is YAML.
This is an example of how you may give instructions on setting up your project locally. To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.
This playbook is created for Ansible version core 2.15.0 This is an example of how to list things you need to use the software and how to install them.
- Check in your terminal
ansible --version
You can clone this project with the following command.
- Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/siekman-io/ansible-tutorial.git
To use a playbook from my collection go to the directory you cloned the repo and then go to the directory of the playbook you want to run. Change the variables to your needs in /vars/main.yml. Change the host you want to run it against in /playbook_name/inventory or delete the file "inventory" u use a centralized inventory file.
