instructions to install pygame with pip do not work with modern XCode

Unfortunately, installing pygame from pip doesn't work. This is the issue, but the temporary fix doesn't seem to work.

brew install pygame also errors out.

This installation source did seem to work:
http://www.pygame.org/ftp/pygame-1.9.2pre-py2.7-macosx10.7.mpkg.zip
