Linux install on Wasta/Ubuntu 20.04 fails because of python-minimal requirement

WeSay works on 18.04 and 16.04 but not 20.04+ and on my Wasta 20.04 installation this seems to be because it requires python-minimal which is not supplied for 20.04. python2.7-minimal and python3-minimal are available. What would it take to change this dependency?

Hello David, I am sorry to say that resources have not been allocated to
continue supporting WeSay at this time, and it is not currently installable
on Ubuntu 20.04 or later. It should still be installable in Ubuntu 18.04.
What would it take to change this dependency?
It is possible to re-work a package file, or force it to install. I am not
aware of whether this would result in a working WeSay installation or not.
