Within the scope of the study, we will segment the customers of FLO, an online shoe store, and determine their marketing strategies. Our dataset contains 19945 rows and 12 variables.
The variables contained in the data are as follows:
master_id: Unique customer number
order_channel: Shopping platforms (Android, iOS, Desktop, Mobile)
last_order_channel: Latest shopping channel
first_order_date / last_order_date: First shopping date / Last shopping date
last_order_date_online / last_order_date_offline: Last shopping date on the online/offline platform
order_num_total_ever_online / order_num_total_ever_offline: Total number of purchases on the online/offline platform
customer_value_total_ever_offline / customer_value_total_ever_online: Total spending on the online/offline platform
interested_in_categories_12: A list of categories that customers shopped in 12 months
