Getting started

sVisual is a mod for DayZ. It aims to enhanche the visual experience while improving the feedback to the user, in order to help them with dealing with the many mechanichs DayZ has.





PPEffects

Some effects are meant to have a gameplay purpose, like alerting the player is sick, bleeding, close to pass out and more

Sometimes they aim to increase the immersion while also helping the player in minor things, like sunglasses, which will block godrays and lower the bloom

NOTE: You may find some effects annoying (e.g. Chromatic aberration or radial blur); you can disable them by setting PostProcessing quality to Low in video settings.



Camera Overlays

A Moto helmet, showcased in Pristine, Worn, Damaged, Badly damaged, Ruined conditions.



Dynamic Depth of Field

Here is the Dynamic Depth of Field, not very suitable for gameplay, but a very nice cinematic look
