The problem statement that I have solved here with python using libraries (Numpy, pandas, matplotlib) is mentioned in the word doc. Respective solutions are uploaded as jupyter notebook file with their outputs in new respective csv file. Part1 of csv files mentioned here in the code are nothing but files containing original data. You can skip making this file separately. Final_Village_Names (Sheet2) contains the file output and in sorted manner.
