Install with npm
$ npm i omics-central-vizDocumentation
- BarPlot: e.g. Scree plot, p-value histogram
- BoxPlot: e.g. IL-1 expression
- ScatterPlot: e.g. Component plot (with/without stratification), Volcano plot
