  • Slack app
    • SLACK_BOT_TOKEN var with channels:history, chat:write, and files:read scopes.
    • SLACK_APP_TOKEN app level token with socket enabled.
    • Event API subscription for message.channels.
  • OPENAI_API_KEY with GPT4V access.

Add the app in a channel, execute poetry run memex, and post images.
