Sphinx extensions.

Enables source to source conversion (to rst) for pandoc accepted formats. For
using, add the following in conf.py:
extensions = [..., "sphinxcontrib.vai.pandoc_s2s"]
source_suffix = [".rst", ".org"] # Accept org as valid doc format
pandoc_s2s_formats = [".org"] # Defaults to [".org", ".md"]
