composer install(Make sure you have installed composer-setup in your device) - Forth Step
npm install(Make sure you have installed node js environment in your device) - Fifth Step Configure the .env file for databse connection and go to mysql server and create a desired database

php artisan migrate:fresh --seed - Seventh Step
php artisan serve - Eighth Step
npm run dev
